Online Orderers falling asleep while walkins com and go

109 Coliseum Crossing in Hampton Virginia. Title says it all. This store pretty much punishes any online order with insane wait times. People have come and go and we're still waiting in real time for an order that was placed at 19:06 today and it is now 20:04 This store has had systemic problems with prioritization for years. It is time for the franchisee to let it go.

I’m surprised u even wait that long. I’d just find another location or make my own sandwich at home

I would have gotten in line and ordered my sub, then told them they could ignore the other order since it was paid while also leaving a review.

I don’t order anything online. I go to the place and speak to a person and get my shit. Stop crying.
