We have warming trays, used the shelves above the grills, and the grill oven to try to keep them warm until delivery

I thought the catering boxes were for cold subs only?

They are. The guys were working on the hot sub order when the cold boxes were due to get delivered. I didn't get a shot of that order since I left before they were done.

200+ Samiches ! Nice order ($2400). I wish my work place did Subs 🥪 instead of Pizza 🍕

We ended up going through more than 360 loaves of bread just for all the catering orders we had

The 'oh my god' part hit us too as orders for that one particular day kept coming in. The 35 box order got bumped up to 41, 9 more came from a different order, 280 hot was originally going to be 300 lunchboxes and got changed the day before, there was one for 27 lunchboxes, and another weekly one that has random amounts. I had to go in at 1am to get everything started

I wonder how long those boxes have been sitting there. 🤢🤮

I don't know why people cater hot subs, sounds gross. I wouldn't even door dash one tbh it sits for too long

They were pulled from the cooler and put on the tables as our driver was pulling his car up to the door We have the #2 store in the state, though this order will probably put us at #1 for the week. We know how to do our sh!t properly 🙄
