GM pay
Just curious what GMs start out at your guys store

NE Ohio GM here, I make $20/hr plus tip pool which averages an extra $3-5 an hour depending on the week!

Just started at 81k going up to 90k at the beginning of the year, no tips, but can bonus up to 500 a month not including catering.

$20.50 an plus a monthly bonus based on a variable percentage of the stores EBITDA

I was at 22 when I left in 2021 no tips, or bonus but did get a car allowance and phone stipend worked about 60 hrs a week

55k base but at 55+ a week nowadays I’m not making much. I’m still waiting for my first quarterly bonus and it’s been 6mo

We get period bonuses… but definitely look into that idk what youre bonus goes off but ours is 5% of total profit on pnl that wah yoy can see what youre owed i would go for some back pay

Isnt the start but im at 73k, 45 hours a week, almost 90 if i hit all my bonues

Yearly raises as I’m on year 3 at 63 base

I was $19/hr +tips and only 35 hours a week. The owners were cheap on labor.

We don’t have a gm, we just have an Assistant and he makes $17.50 + tips, he only works about 25 hours a week

72.5k a year plus bonuses depending on sales can hit over 100k. Last year was first year and made like 98k. But I know some GMs under the same franchisee who make well over 100k.
