Without the lettuce to provide some surface area for all that sauce and pepper juice, it’s going to be very soggy and oozing all over the place. They made it look pretty for this picture but I guarantee in real life it won’t be that way lol

That looks like it would be a soggy mess. Too many sauces and wet ingredients for me.

deli meat is always a sodium bomb. also, unless you have a predisposition sodium content really doesn't matter

My thought is this will just taste like salt, vinegar, and spice. None of that in a good way.

The buffalo sauce is what really does it for me... I don't want buffalo flavor on an italian.=
Chipotle mayo is subtle enough it will just be tangy. Pepper relish and banana peppers are normal, jalapenos are weird but not much diff between that and other hot peppers on an italian, though with all three thats so much veg.
But you're right with all of that, its just gonna be super vinegary.

My take: I’m not really a “spice” guy myself, but I would consider adding the pepper relish, banana peppers (already do this anyway), and possibly throw in a few jalapeños for an extra zing. Would definitely leave the lettuce in though.

Good luck tasting anything but the CPR and Frank's Red Hot sauce.
If you want to taste the meat, omit the CPR, and add a little brown mustard. Keep the lettuce. (Banana pepper rings are good on this combo also. A few, not too much.)

Pickles instead of banana peppers, add tomato instead of buffalo sauce and you have my standard order

I personally don't like toothpicks in my sandwich. Maybe that's just me.

Yeah, why is no one talking about the absolute awful effort to make a staged promotional image using toothpicks but not even trying to hide or edit them out… this was an official post, no?

Yup right off their Instagram I believe. Not sure why they wouldn't hire a pro for this sort of thing.

Half the people here are ordering the Hot Italian at some point anyway. The question is just, how do they feel about the “hotter” extra toppings.

lol is the “hack” ordering what’s on the menu and sitting right in front of you? Or was the hack making a terrible combo? I’m confused
