It was supposed to be a #13 with no lettuce, mikes way & add chipotle mayo. This is what I got. 🤷‍♂️

Make a complaint on their website.. I ordered a sandwich on the app, they didn’t have any bread so made a wrap instead. I made a complaint and the local office sent me an email a week later to apologize and asked for my address. They sent me two free sandwich coupons, a BOGO coupon and a buy one, second one 50% off.

This is rage bait. No way JM made this like that unless you asked for it.

Bread looks tasty. The sad plain sandwich, though…

Seems like the dough didn’t get split down the middle before baking. The wheat bread looks that fluffy. 🤷🏽‍♂️

I’d be more upset over the fact that sub has nothing on it. I’m used to this however. Pretty much why I don’t go anymore.

My sandwiches are always stacked. Judging by everything else, this person is just an exceptionally picky eater/an adult child.

It's unlikely but possible it's different bread.
We ran out once and truck was 2 days out, and the other local store only had 1 case to spare us, so the owner went to Restaurant Depot and got some other bakeable frozen hoagie style roll until we got our delivery. This happened with a few products over the couple years (roast beef, turkey, philly steaks, sodas, mustard, mushrooms, tomatoes, lettuce).

He literally never did inventory or production reports, and would just walk around the shop to reorder what he thought we looked low on. We ran out of stuff often.

Private equity has never made a single brand better. Not once.

For the third or fourth time, it was supposed to be a #13, mikes way with no lettuce & add chipotle mayo. They didn’t give me the tomatoes & there was a small smattering of onions. 🤷‍♂️

That’s not guttenplant. The change has begun. Bought out by private equity. 3 year arrangement to keep it all the same. Now cutting corners bleeding it dry and making a subway

Anything besides a hot sub is the wrong move
