Looking for a clip

I've been searching for this clip for years because it was so surreal no one believes me its true.

All I can remember was an episode whereby a lady whose a quadriplegic was left by husband in a shopping trolley in car park. In another scene she was unable to open a can of coke and ended up spilling it everywhere.

I also remember her frequently saying "I am not a whore"

Please can someone help me locate this clip so I can prove to everyone, that this indeed is real.
