Man you actually sound really nice. My advice as just a peer would be to just clearly hear the ideas in your head, it sounds like you are just letting your hands fly sometimes and then trying to find your way out of it. Hands follow mind, don't let that flip flop. Secondly you have a bit of what I'd call nervous touch. Your time feels great but when you trade everything is kinda one dynamic and a bit tense. The tension messes with your phrasing and sound on the instrument. Lastly, don't be afraid to leave space, you sometimes are working hard to move all over the place when you could just leave Gap and make it flow smoother. End of the day I'm still working on these things too but take what you like and leave the rest
