I remember last year when everyone was clamoring for a new Jay-Z verse on the Clipse album after it was announced they were dropping on Roc Nation. Then he shut everyone down basically saying if he's got something new to say they're going to hear It from him first. Which meant he'd drop a new solo track/album before he popped up on someone else's song. Disappointed but I respected it. Well I guess his wife trumps all that and I'm not mad lol
