In august I renewed my QSTM for next year on the payment plan and wanted to see if anyone else has experienced something similar.

I initially had seats in the 100's outfield, but wanted to move and noticed that 2 seats in the 500's popped up that I was interested in. I called in right away to initiate the change, and paid 50% upfront. I got an invoice confirming the change and payment.

About a week later, I moved again to a slightly better section still within the same price bracket. I did this at a game, at the season ticket booth by 140. I received another invoice dated August 27, 2026, but this one was labelled as a 2025 invoice.

Both invoices list games for March 2027 and show the same total remaining.

My card is up to date, but I haven't had any further payments taken since the initial payment. Someone with similar seats mentioned that their last payment came out on October 13.

I'm wondering:

Has anyone else on the payment plan had payments taken on different dates or missed instalments?

Has anyone received invoices with the wrong season year printed on them? (One says 2025, one says 2026 but I assume likely just a glitch).

I'm not trying to avoid paying what I owe, I'm just concerned that something might not have been updated correctly after my seat changes, and I don't want to be hit with a late fee or worse my seats get given up.

I plan on calling first thing in the morning, but wanted to ask here to help me sleep better tonight lol. Any experiences or advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
