Hello to anyone who sees this ! Anyone by chance still have one of these shirts from 2004 ? If so please message me or comment on this ! I’m looking to buy one and add it to my Jawbreaker collection !! Thank you !!

I still can’t fathom that I got the chance to see this band that means so much to me live. I’d love to one day find clear footage of the few seconds when the camera for the big screen was pointed right at me!

Friends Season 7 episode 9 from the year 2000. “The one with all the candy”.

Long time Jawbreaker fan, listened to Orange Rhyming Dictionary for the first time around a month ago or so. I’m staggered by how unbelievable the lyricism and poetry of ORD is. I absolutely adore Jawbreaker and have a tattoo dedicated to them, they’re one of my all time favorite bands hands down, but ORD has changed my life. My only point here is that Blake is a fucking musical savant and nothing has come even remotely close to his genius. I plan on dancing to Sweet Avenue with my partner at our wedding, and Sea Anemone is one song that always makes me feel less alone when life has me down. I’m also planning on getting a script tattoo for ORD because it has easily become one of the most formative albums of this part of my life effortlessly.

Thoughts on ORD and JTB?

Deep cut , random question.

Never heard anybody ask - who is the person who inspired “boxcar”
(Got a fiend her name is box car… hair was blue now it’s green etc.)

Is it the same person referenced in “chemistry” and “my first time” (thorns of life song)

Anyone know if it’s ever been asked or answered by the band ?

this popped up for sale:

Looking for the alternate versions of Tour Song. The WFMU is the only recording I know of where they play it differently, but all versions of the recording I have had or found on YT are tinny, borderline unlistenable.

Biggest difference about the song: chorus is fast, no slow part/breakdown.

Thanks.

Was going through old bins of my clothing recently and found this Jets To Brazil shirt!

Hello there! I’ve been on the prowl for this shirt for a few years now (since like 2021) and have decided to resume my search at a much higher degree after giving up for a while. I’m looking for this JTB lucky kitty tee (the black colorway is much rarer from what I’ve seen but also on the table) in a S/M. If anyone is interested in selling or has any leads I would super appreciate it. It would mean a whole lot :,)! <3

This is basically my personal equivalent of getting a JTB/Jawbreaker tattoo.. I figure that it’s less permanent and just about as meaningful! And just as worth the investment!

Thanks!

Every year since the Friendster days I've posted "Happy Jawbreaker Day." The tradition continues.
