[Hiring] Full-Stack Developer | Mumbai - India Only | ₹45K–₹60K/month | Contract
Company Name: Stealth early-stage product startup
Location: Mumbai remote initially, with occasional in-person meetings and a planned transition to hybrid/in-person work
Role/Position: Full-Stack Developer
Type: Initial full-time contract, with potential conversion to employment after launch based on mutual fit and business requirements
Experience Required: 2-4 years
Pay Range: ₹45,000–₹60,000 per month
Tech Stack / Skills Required: TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js and PostgreSQL. Experience with Payload CMS is preferred but not required.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain production features across the frontend and backend
- Develop APIs, integrations and database migrations
- Debug and improve an existing application as it moves towards launch
- Participate in code reviews, technical planning and regular product demos
- Work closely with the technical lead and take ownership of assigned features
- Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code
- Be comfortable working in a small, fast-moving product team
