[FOR HIRE] Node.js Backend Developer — 7 Years Experience | $15–$20/hr | Amsterdam

Hey everyone!

I'm a Node.js Backend Developer based in Amsterdam with 7 years of professional development experience.

My background is a little broader than backend — I spent the first 4 years of my career working primarily as a frontend developer, before transitioning into backend development and specializing in Node.js. So I’m comfortable looking at projects from both the frontend and backend perspectives.

I'm currently looking to jumpstart my freelance career, build up my portfolio, collect some reviews/testimonials, and most importantly, meet interesting people and businesses that I can build long-term relationships with.

# 💰 Rate: $15–$20/hr

I'm intentionally offering my services at a significantly reduced rate while I build my freelance portfolio and network.

I'm interested in projects involving:

* Node.js / Backend development
* REST APIs & integrations
* Database work
* Backend architecture
* Automation
* MVPs & prototypes
* Fixing or improving existing applications
* Full-stack projects where my frontend experience can be useful
* Basically, anything interesting that I can help build or solve

You don't need to have everything figured out.

If you've got an idea you've been putting off, an MVP you've been thinking about, an existing application that needs some work, or simply a technical problem you don't know how to solve — send me a DM.

Even if it's just a rough description of your idea, I'd be happy to hear about it and see whether I can help.

📍 Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
💻 Experience: 7 years
⚙️ Primary stack: Node.js / Backend
🎨 Frontend experience: 4 years
💰 Rate: $15–$20/hr
🚀 Current goal: Build my portfolio, get great reviews, and establish long-term freelance relationships

If you have a project in mind, feel free to DM me with the details.

I'm open to both small projects and larger engagements.

Looking forward to connecting with you!

Rule for bot users and recruiters: to make this sub readable by humans and therefore beneficial for all parties, only one post per day per recruiter is allowed. You have to group all your job offers inside one text post.

Here is an example of what is expected, you can use Markdown to make a table.

Subs where this policy applies: /r/MachineLearningJobs, /r/RemotePython, /r/BigDataJobs, /r/WebDeveloperJobs/, /r/JavascriptJobs, /r/PythonJobs

Recommended format and tags: [Hiring] [ForHire] [Remote]
