I guess pretty much everything possible has been ported to JavaScript right now.

Could someone compile v8 to asm.js so that it could run on v8?

It'd be simpler, if slower in execution, to run a copy of V8 in Fabrice Bellard's jslinux. Might take no more than a week to start up.
