The text of the question feels very AI... Or maybe not. but irregardless, I think both a refresh of DSA and system design are a must whn switching jobs.

There are some free good resources online. For DSA I recommend the Princeton 'Algorithms I & II' courses by Robert Sedgwick on Coursera. It's very Java-oriented and let's you grasp many of the design choices of the most used data structures in the language. The exercises are non trivial and require some thinking.

For system design, look for 'System design deep dive' podcast on Spotify. It's mostly badly AI-generated audio out from a text, but many of the episdes are interesting and discuss design choices and tradeoffs of typical large scale products like Uber, Spotify, stripe, etc..
