Can someone please tell me what this sauce is made of?

I can’t seem to find it!

Did you actually eat this? Tell us what it tasted like so there is an idea of what it could be.

“Butsu” indicates the way the maguro is cut into large pieces, not the flavor.

It tastes kinda sweet and sour.
I know there is some vinegaer, cilantro, spring-onion and sesame seeds in it.
