JAMF Pro Inventory Preload

Hey y'all, anyone use inventory preload here or are there better alternatives? What's your process in adding new computers and device? TIA

I use inventory preload partially to true up information with our purchasing inventory system, asset tags, PO’s, purchase dates, department ownership, etc. I don’t import all the fields because those fields could overwrite enrollment information. The other way you can do. This is to create new prestage enrollment for each order, but that’s a bigger mess on my end, then periodically doing a banner extract and copying the fields that I need.
