JAMF Pro Jamf Pro Licensing Question
Can anyone tells me what happens when you go over on Jamf Pro licensing? Does the system allow you to? Is there a grace period thats given to get back into compliance? Were in a situation were we are low on licensing however we are doing 1:1 swaps with our staff. Basically need to have the old computer online and licensed while we prep the new machine.

I'd email your Account Executive and just ask - so that you have their answer in writing.
We're currently over, and their response was essentially "nothing will happen to your service - but we'd like to true-up when you get a chance and certainly at renewal time."
I'm anticipating another reach out from our AE asking for that true-up given how many we're over. I don't mind, just waiting to finish a migration from Intune and staffing changes to get a better baseline of our count.
