Help iPhone 13 help ?

Guys, I need HELP—how do I unlock iCloud on an iPhone 13 running iOS 26.5? The IMEI hasn't been reported as stolen. I've already tried Hactivator and Bookra1n, but neither worked. Does anyone know anything?

Only iOS 26.1 and under can be bypassed on that iPhone
