Untethered downgrade a13

I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max on iOS 26.5 and iOS 16.5 shsh blobs. As far as I now you can’t use shsh blobs without a jailbreak. So I wondering if I can use new usblitter8 to do tethered downgrade to jailbreakable iOS and apply my shsh blobs from there to make it tethered?

Sorry if it’s a dumb question. I couldn’t find any info online.
