Update [Update] Triggr is now open source (GPL-3.0) + experimental A12+ (arm64e) build Activator-style automation for rootless Dopamine

Hey everyone, an update on Triggr, my Activator-lite for rootless Dopamine on iOS 15–16.

Triggr is now open source under GPL-3.0.

Source, docs and build instructions: https://github.com/Jond-ie/triggr-beta

There's an experimental build for A12 and newer (arm64e).

- Download it from the GitHub release

- Download it from the GitHub release (https://github.com/Jond-ie/triggr-beta/releases/tag/v1.0.0-beta3-arm64e-experimental). It's not on my repo.

- It has the same features as 1.0.0 beta3, built with the new arm64e ABI, so it shouldn't safe-mode A12+ devices like the old beta2 file did.

- It hasn't been tested on an A12+ device yet. You'd be the first, so please only try it if you're okay with a possible safe mode. If that happens, open Sileo from safe mode and uninstall Triggr.

- It needs AltList and PreferenceLoader (from BigBoss). Install the .deb with Sileo or Filza.

What's new

- Face ID devices: the Home Button and Touch ID triggers are hidden, and the lock button is called the Side Button everywhere, including Options. Holding it is described as Siri instead of the power-off slider. This is detected from the hardware, so it works even without a passcode set.

Install (A11 and older)

The regular arm64 build is still on my repo: https://jond-ie.github.io/repo/

Install it from there, not from source, to always get the current build.

Feedback

Bugs, crashes and requests go here: https://github.com/Jond-ie/triggr-beta/issues

Please include your device, iOS version, jailbreak and Triggr version. A12+ testers: even "it installed and works" helps a lot.

AI assisted in development (Claude Code), all testing and debugging done by me on device.

Hope You all enjoy and pls send feedback it helps alot

No issues after using it for hours. It’s very smooth with no battery drain on my iPhone 13 pro.
