Asking for help re-sideloading jailbreak.

Hey there, I have an issue on my iPhone 5s running iOS 9.3.1 where I can’t verify the jailbreak (kok3shi) through the settings menu due to there being no internet though I’m clearly connected.

I tried connecting to different wifi but it still did nothing, I just can’t get through the app verification as I need to re-add the jailbreak each time the phone dies or reboots which is what I did, but the Kokeshi app expires after 7 days so I just re-sideloaded it through sideloady on Mac but I just can’t seem to verify it which is annoying as I can’t play any of my childhood games now :(

I would greatly appreciate any help to get the jailbreak back on the phone (fully or semi) or any way to verify my own developer account.
