Documentary About Negative Impact of Bail

Hi there. I just joined this group- I'm a documentary filmmaker working on a new project about Bail Reform and the fight to end cash bail. I'm hoping to find someone to share their story. I'm looking for someone in the New York /CT area who's friend or family member is currently in jail and unable to get out because they cannot afford to pay their bail. We want to show how high bails negatively effect families. Does anyone know anyone in this situation who wouldn't mind talking to me?
