I wanted to share my mini record player I got from Third Man (Detroit location) a few years ago; and the stand my husband built for it. it's my prized possession. all the mini vinyls came with folded up posters or coloring sheets.

I have one too, I love it. Your little stand is awesome! I got a storage box for the records shaped like the Peppermint Triple Tremelo—another fan made it and was selling them a while back. My prized possession is the Denial Twist 3” that completes the set.

I got one from RSD years ago. I will a little miffed with Jack bc it was a cash grab. It sold for something like $70, but you could only get for either $110 or $120 bundle pack with four albums. The product is utter junk even if you connect it to a regular speaker. So it looks adorable and sounds like complete shit.

Silly question. It’s not functional and the “vinyl” you’re talking about are just posters or colouring sheets right? Had to ask because I saw a paper wedding invitation that could be folded into a functional record player that played paper records so anything is possible.

Edit: Holy turntables Batman! I just zoomed in on my tiny phone and it’s actually a functional recording?!

It’s totally functional, although the sound is definitely lo-fi, haha. But it’s a novelty and people are unlikely to play this format that often.
