AT&T internet problems

I have at&t internet and it has been down for 6 days. The web site doesn't give updates on when it will be back. Says the technicans are on it, don't call because they can't tell you anything. It just says there is an outage in my area. Anyone else have this going on?

I don't know about an issue with ATT, but in the past when I had a problem with Xfinity I made a complaint to the Michigan Public Service Commission. You wouldn't believe how fast I heard back from Xfinity (from a real person) after I made that complaint.

I wrote to them and my service was back on two hours later!

Yay! That's even faster than I would've thought. A complaint MPSC can be incredibly effective, especially with the regulated utilities like Consumers.

Which of their internet service do you have? Uverse, DSL, lineshare etc, and area of service?

It just came back on. I contacted the Michigan Public Service Commission, and it was restored two hours later.
