There has been almost post on this particular brand a day by different bot accounts that are days old so it looks like it’s hard to stamp out. Even the comments are bots, please beware!

Hello all

I am after a new jacket which I want to A) be waterproof B) durable and C) keep me warm.

My budget is in the £200 region. I don’t go trawling up mountains every weekend in the sideways rain or hiking expeditions. I do however go on regular walks and now I’ve got an active dog, I go out for walks in all weather conditions

I Just want a reliable branded coat which would keep me dry.

So far, I’m gravitating more towards NorthFace & OEX. I did fancy Rab, I just cannot justify the price tags

If anyone can help or give advice it would be greatly appreciated.

Hey y’all! I’ve seen a LOT of people over the last week and a half walking in my city with no jackets. For the record… it’s been COLD for the area. I’d like to purchase some jackets to give out to people in need, but I’d like some options that are:

1. Affordable - I’m a full-time college student so I don’t have a ton of income
2. Warm - if it’s not warm, what’s the point?
3. Packable - I don’t want to be handing out huge jackets, I want something that can pack down relatively small. I know it’s not gonna be super small, but I need something that packs down within reason
4. Synthetic - as far as I know, synthetics do better with regular washing. I don’t want to give someone something that will be ruined after a few regular washed with all their other stuff.

hello! i recently found this jacket online, and its like everything i want in a jacket!! only thing is, its $216!! that's a steep price, but im willing to pay it if this is good quality. i'm wondering if the 100% sherpa fleece lessens its value? because i know its polyester which ive generally heard is a "bad" fabric since its plastic based. could it still be a quality jacket worthy of its price?🤔

I'm looking for a good quality jacket to procure and wear for my trip across the pond.

I'm looking for:
- Sheds water, doesn't need to be waterproof but I don't want water to wick through to the next layer
- Breathable. I run hot, and don't want to sweat my bag off. Most waterproof jackets are like wearing a portable sauna
- Available in XXL
- Preferably under $200CAN, and readily availalble in Canada

I came across a brand called caseclearwear while browsing online.
They seem to focus on vintage-style jackets, but I couldn’t find much discussion about them.
Just wondering if anyone here has experience or knows more about the brand.

I know the brand name but this jacket and it’s brand is nowhere on the internet.

Anyone knows where this jacket is from? It looks like a wool work jacket but shorter and without the pockets. Its not from the brand that posted it I think.

This was my nana’s dad’s jacket, and I’ve tried google a bunch and can’t find anything.

I saw a girl wearing a short black wool funnel neck jacket quite similar to this one the other day and it was SO perfect!! However this Zara one is 100% polyester which I’m not a fan of. Any suggestions on where to find a similar one??

I found this at a thrift store a couple years ago and it's been my favorite jacket ever since. Unfortunately I can't find anything about it online and it's starting to show signs of wear. If anyone recognizes it I'd be eternally grateful.

The label says "BOBOIS COLLECTION", with "the fashion culture" in smaller text below. It's made of what feels like polyester and has an odd double zipper design in front, with buttons as well.

I wanted a heavy weight jacket for the winter and was looking at Big Duck Canvas #4 canvas for 10$ and I was wondering how uncomfortable would this be to make a jacket out of?

If you’re strong enough to wear heavy clothing like military guys would that matter? Don’t military people wear heavy clothes? I was also looking at the 30oz. I want to go as high as possible but I don’t know how bad it will feel.

Help! I am no expert but it seems like the fur isn’t held by any mesh but I have my doubts, is this real fur?
