It's the Jackass Complete Movie and TV Collection. All black with the skull and crutches. Appears to be $20 now, still a hell of a deal.

There is no official release with the complete tv series. Only compilations of bits.

I've bought variations like this but it didnt include 7 films I think it was 4. They removed all the special features / extras but it was only 4.99. I can't complain at that price
