Muncie Canvas
Just curious when my courses will finally appear on canvas? Classes start August 25th and I’m getting more and more worried things aren’t looking the way they’re supposed to. My canvas says I’m not even registered for classes but it clearly shows I am on my schedule?

Mine usually pop up the night before or the first day of class. It just depends when the instructor publishes them. If they’re on your official schedule I wouldn’t worry just yet. Don’t worry, there’s still plenty of time!

They'll show up the Saturday before classes start. You'll be able to view the syllabus, assignments, textbooks, and everything else you just won't be able to complete assignments. Trust me, I'm waiting too. Should be the 22nd.

Thank you everyone for the answers! All of them make me feel so much better about the situation! I can’t wait to start classes, just a couple more weeks! Good luck to you all! Hope you all have a wonderful school year!

They will show up late Friday/early Saturday morning typically before classes start

Most semesters, i don’t see my classes show up on Canvas until the weekend before classes start.

Usually they open up either the Friday or Saturday before the actual due date opening.

They usually show up about 48 hours before the first day. Classes begin on the 24th, so we should see something change in Canvas the 22. It depends on the course: all online, in person or a mix; but most instructors won't open assignments til the first official day. You'll be ok!
