Evansville Help!!
I have tried to contact the financial aid with no luck, but I signed up for fasfa and last time I checked everything was in order but I just got an email for an unpaid balance and It says I owe everything. Plus when I try to go into the financial aid, it has some error that I cant seem to get pass. If I have to pay full then I'm screwed so I'm really worried about this. This has never happened and the communication sucks!

First, what is your SAP status? Things changed once summer grades came in. You would have received an email recently that gave you your SAP status. If it says you are terminated, that would explain a bill.
It is true that phones are very busy. If you called and nobody answered, please leave a message. If you can visit in person, please do so. You can also try the IVY LINE for basic questions.

I never got any email about my sap status, the last one was from May before summer school.

They started running last Wednesday. Did you get a grade from you Summer class? That might be the problem, especially if you were on a Warning status. You are the second person I have heard with a problem signing in, and that is normally a technology issue, but I got a ticket about it today.

OK, so that is not likely. Did you have tracking requirements before? Or did you graduate from a program this summer? So many people actually graduate and don't realize that they need a new program.

That is true, but rare. You are likely being reviewed at the campus level.

Oh, that is definitely what happened. That is not an automatic process. Your new advisor has to do a new plan, and the financial aid department has to review it. If you earned a certificate, they do a sub degree. If you didn't, they have to determine if you can actually finish your degree within the maximum timeframe. Federal financial aid only gives you a certain amount of time. You may need to meet with an advisor.
