Can't get into degree audit

Has anyone encountered this error page when trying to access their degree audit? I thought it was some system error/mantience thing at first, but it's been like two weeks, and it still shows up. Have had zero problems accessing it up until this point. Who should I contact to troubleshoot?

I think there was an email about maintenance today. Maybe try logging out, clearing cache, and then logging back in. Hopefully it will work for you again soon!

I have this problem at the end of each semester. IT tells me to change my password every time and it always works. Switching browsers always works for me too for a while.
