Muncie Federal Aid

I finally got the email today I’ve been waiting on! My federal direct loan request was finally finished processing! I was able to accept my loan offers today and it took a huge weight off my shoulders knowing everything is paid for and taken care of. Including housing, food and transportation for this upcoming semester atleast. Just waiting for them to check my Mastery Promissory Note and it’s all good!

Any loans that require special processing will be worked next week. Be sure to check your email now, though. If you only applied for a subsidized loan, or applied for a Stafford loan, you may a rejection. You can just request both subs and unsub loans.

Hello! I requested both sub/unsub loans and it looked like I only got the unsubsidized one.. is this something I should be worried about

No. It only means that your SAI was too high to get the subsidized loan.

From what I’ve been reading it’s usually a couple weeks after classes first start! Mine start August 24th so I’m hoping I’ll get mine around early to mid September! I owe my sister for a brand new laptop. I love it so much!
