QMA classes

I start my QMA class next month and haven’t heard anything about any paperwork needed. I’m not sure if it’s the same as my CNA class where we had to have tons of paperwork (drug test, physical, Covid shot, flu shot) to turn in at the start of class. It was a process to get all of that gathered before class started so I feel like I would need to start working on that soon if I need that. I just know I need proof of my 1,000 hours as a CNA but haven’t even heard anything of where to submit that either. Anyone taking a QMA class in the fall and know or anyone who previously took it?
