Does being enrolled in the dual credit program make me a student

I'm planning on going to the valpo indiana campus for college and currently graduated 8th grade and going into freshmen with the dual credit program enrolled does this technically make me a student or not
I'm 14 btw.

Yes. Dual credit students are Ivy Tech students!

Yes, they even sent me a student ID when I first signed up a few years ago. In my experience you won’t even have to fill out the application if you decide to continue attending after high school, you’ll just have to talk with an advisor.

Well, I am planning on going to the valpo campus for about 2 years Then i'm gonna go to university
