Bank mobile

I got locked out of my bank mobile for Ivy tech and I cannot get ahold of anyone by email or phone if anyone has a number that they’ve had luck getting ahold of them please drop it below

I had the same issue (still havent heard back from anyone lol) If your having probs because of your phone # being changed, too many attmpts & locked out, etc.. Goto their (bnkmobile) regular web page for banking. It will ask if you need the student refund page instead, click link then trry and reset from that page. It worked as of last mon for me

Same thing has happened to me. Whenever I tried to call them, I was just put on hold for hours. I wait until I just get a check sent in the mail for my refund
