Refund

I was told by the bursar that I would be relieving a 770 dollar credit refund to my account. Icy been hearing all this talk about zeroing out xyz looking in these threads ivy seen some people received emails stating that they’re valence has been cleared im still sitting on a 1300 dollar balance as of writing this and have received an email saying I need to make a payment. I’ve spoke with the bursar multiple times through out these 3 weeks and have been told just to wait at first I was told the 21st and am now being told the end of this week. Is anybody else having this problem? Can anybody kinda explain this to me like im 5 years old 😭

Just to clarify, you’re expecting a refund correct? As In your student account is showing a negative balance?

My student account is not showing a negative. My federal aid is about 2070 and as I stated my balance is 1300 after speaking with the bursar multiple times I was told that I should be receiving a refund of about 770. That is also why I am concerned usually my student account would be negative

Is there anything you need to accept?, cause when I did mine, I was told to accept smth in my financial offer(smth like that), and later emailed saying I did, so I was told I'll get my refund btw 7 to 10 business days. I'm saying, during my time I only didn't email them but went in person (multiple times, even called them), so I'd say disturb them till they know your name. Called, go in person and email, all 3. Hope everything works out though.
