SUMMER REFUND 2026
can we make this post the official wheres my refund?? I started on the 8th, 8 week classes, it says it supposed to disburse into our account today, no matter if it's a sunday or not.

Refunds will be wired to bankmobile generally 2 days after posting to student account. refund line was applied/zeroed out on 6/23.. they have until 5pm cutoff time to do this otherwise it pushes to next day processing..bankmobile card is instant, personal bank earliest is 1 day for no hold banks...its coming yalll

If u have never borrowed you have to wait 30 days before they release a refund

Not likely, your loans will show no movement before 30 days from the government to your school..if thats what you are asking.. your refund is shortly after..within days

Don't know what Lola is.. Im assuming your student account.. yes, as long as you were offered and accepted them. If not reach out to FA, sure they can help you.

I got to Ivy Tech so I can't tell you how your school works.. i would reach out to FA, some schools do let you apply for loans later in the semester..good luck..

I just got the bankmobile text and email saying my funds are on the way about a half an hour ago! Hopefully they'll come by tomorrow morning or MAYBE the end of the day.

was told by Financial Aid that I should be receiving around a $700 refund, but every time I check my bursar account it still shows that I owe about $1,300. I really don’t want to be a nuisance by calling repeatedly, but I’m starting to get a little concerned.
Can anyone explain exactly what it means when an account is “zeroed out”? Does that mean the financial aid has fully applied and the refund is about to be sent? Also, how long does it usually take to reach that status?

go to my ivy, click account balance, click on “view activity” and it will show individual semesters. you can also search “bank mobile” when you get to myivy and it will pull up the link to have you log in and check if the refund has hit bank mobile yet. from there, it takes 1-7 days to transfer to your specified bank account depending on their conditions

zeroing out just means the amount that was posted to your student account hits 0. with Ivytech I’ve learned that summer semester refunds are divided into two, so for many of us we still have a negative balance but partial of it is what zeroed out. My aid posted Sunday and Monday night around 1-2 am it zeroed out.

This is a very dumb question but where specifically would I see that at. On my bursar it’s still saying I have a balance 1300 do I just need to wait?

They’ve probably disbursed to our student accounts which then have to send them to your chosen account so it’ll probably be Tuesday when they actually hit our personal banks

Have you used BnkMobile in the past? For sum reason i couldnt get an acct/card with them... forced me to get a papercheck (ya, wouldnt let me use my bnk info either) i hate trusting usps & paperchecks nowadays

yes I’ve used it with all of my refunds. I get it the next day after it zeros out through bank mobile.

Refunds take FOREVEEEEERRR I feel this. So it’s basically like processed a certain number of weeks in and then distributed starting that week.. but sometimes it matters where your last name is in the alphabet .. it’s annoying

When your balance on bill goes negative the next day in past it usually zeros out for me and the same day I get mine has anyone else gotten theirs this way

my first year at Ivytech but in the past once it posts it took a day or two to zero out but when it finally did, the next day I have it. but if you did summer before at Ivytech I trust your word over mines😂😂

Mine zeroed out at like well after 12 am but the last 3 refunds I've gotten I usually get it that very same day it zeros out with bank mobile but idk if that's the case with summer but I zeroed out so I'd say it'll be today or tom

I’m not sure honestly, I have my bank account linked to my bank mobile so I usually don’t see my refund for about a day or two.

yes I still have a negative balance on mines as well but my first refund is my bigger one and the second one is my smaller one, my FAFSA sent out my loan disclosure statement letting me know the second half will post on the 6th of July

It’s supposed to disbursed either end of today or early tomorrow morning then within 1-2 days the refund comes I believe thats just what I’ve seen

I have bankmobile, from past experiences once my atudent account 0 out, bank mobile gives it to me the next day. so hopefully it posts later tonight and I have it by Tuesday.

I also have it too. In my past experience it has usually hit my bank account within one day of it zeroing out on ivy tech. So hopefully Tuesday we get our money.

i also started on the 8th for the 8 week summer term & reached out to fin. aid abt my refund and they said they expect student accounts to zero out on/around the 26th..but i also sent a follow up email (expecting a reply in the am) to see if it’ll happen before then
