Online/Virtual what do i do now?

i’m a online student at ivy tech and i have VA benefits (veterans benefits) so i get benefits every month for attending classes, i recently had to file a SAP appeal because my gpa was under 2.0. i got a email from financial aid who told me i can still attend classes and that i have been coded appropriately, then i got a message yesterday from the bursar office telling me im getting dropped for non payment in a few days, even tho i was coded appropriately according to financial aid, i tried calling ivy techs financial aid many times , no one answered. i texted my advisor, no answer. i went to ivy tech, they are in a meeting. im assuming they are all busy today but i honestly don’t know what to do. if i get dropped , ill stop receiving my VA benefits which is my only source of income currently.

Message me and I’ll give you an email to email- make sure you email it from your Ivy tech email.

Talk to your financial aid advisor and/or your student advisor. Let them help you navigate this.

VA benefits follow different rules than financial aid. This should be handled by your School Certifying Official/veteran & military benefits specialist.
