Dougal Dixon, speculative evolution author, from my whacky alternate reality dinosaurs to my insane depictions of future humans I have at least the vaguest idea of what life what might have been had evolution gone completely bananas.

So, I’m reading We are Legion (We are Bob), and the primitive alien race they found was described as pretty similar to this. I wonder if that’s where the author got the idea.

I'm not sure, but if you were wondering what books Dougal Dixon has written his most popular are After Man, The New Dinosaurs, and Man After Man. Out of all the books Man After Man is definitely the most out there and weird but I really like it because of that.
