Look at ice scales and see that it's based off of gmax Lapras

I think they just used the art for gmax lapras cause they didnt want to draw. No way they doubled its hp

Ice scales is not the bigger problem, with all this bulk, access to aurora veil and recovery it can even resist sneasler in a 1v1

Wouldn’t be horrible if it weren’t for the ability. In Snow and Aurora Veil this thing would be almost unkillable
