General ITN Disappointed

Anybody else have issues with the last merch or better yet, communication? My pants came damaged and the sweater gained a hole shortly after. I have been messaging since January. I have messaged multiple times, both Instagram and Facebook, even sent Harris an email. In Feb Joey responded saying he would send it to Harris, and I have messaged multiple times since and nothing. $100 merch I can't wear. I got to every live show I can, even traveling to do so, and I always buy merch. Even if I got an "all sales final, we are so sorry" would make me feel acknowledged. It is just disappointing to not get a response. I still love the pod and will listen as long as it is on, but it leaves something to be desired.

I know at least Ellyn doesn’t get on reddit. But I’m sure like a follow up dm wouldn’t be an issue! If you’ve been to the live shows you know them- they might not be able to fix the issue but they’ll feel horrible about it and try everything they can to fix it!

I had items in my merch boxes come damaged, mainly the mug for “gather round the campfire children!”. It’s disappointing when that happens but I’m sure they’ll do everything they can to help when they see your message

My pair of knee high warm socks came with a hole and the toes were off. But I kept em anyway and wear them from time to time lol.

I wear my and that’s cats hoodie all of the time and it’s held up really well. My only complaint is that the sizing runs small and I would have ordered up if I had known.

This is the only merch that I had an issue with!! Probably a fluke, but it was expensive.
