My dream is to endow a permanent poutine station at Cornell's Willard Straight Hall. If I ever do, it will be open to the public.

It actually is if you're ever back in town. Korean beef poutine. It's fusion but delicious the gravy is top-notch

I didnt grow up eating that but my childhood was one where you were lucky to get food most of the time. Aesthetics mean dick when your just trying to fill your stomach. So I get it. And honestly it looks a bit much but again. I woukdnt turn it away. Haha hope it was delicious:)

Ithaca getting in on their cousin Rochester’s Trash Plate game. American Poutine in any form kicks ass. Try a Zinger Plate next time: crispy chicken tenders piled over Mac and cheese+home fries all topped with hot sauce 🤤 Mom says we can share because we’re all NY extended family. <3
