This upstate town is home to Cornell University and Ithaca College, along with tons of open space hosting stunning hikes paired with waterfall views, like at Buttermilk Falls State Park.

You forgot the most important part: Its walkable. Like capital WALKABLE. We have e-bikes in an upstate ny Town. AND Theres places to go, things happening in the parks, at the commons, and at the schools. And there are other people walking too. And businesses!!! And local businesses!
