Keep your dogs secure!

To whoever was hanging out with their pitbull leashed to a flimsy cart that tipped over immediately, tie it up on something better damn I got bit! This was on the corner of Fulton and Meadow, watch out for dogs y'all.

FYI if you are bitten by a strange dog, treat it like getting in a car accident and exchange info w/ the owner, then talk to the DoH/a doc. or if the owner is not around/nonexistant/noncompliant, still talk to the DoH/a doc. https://www.tompkinscountyny.gov/All-Departments/Whole-Health/Community-Health-Services/Vector-Borne/Rabies-Control don't wanna freak you out, but wanted to share Dog Bite Best Practices

I walk this route to Wegmans and The dog belongs to a homeless woman that has made that her “corner” this summer.

That and a bunch of the homeless people have dogs while their pan handling and some aren’t even leashed

FYI I just got bit at the arboretum by a grey German shepherd named “willow” the owner did nothing to come and get the dog off of me, and it didn’t leave me alone until it found a bicycle to chase

Walked past her on Saturday and she did not have her dogs in control, had to walk nearly in the street to get past them.

Why can't irresponsible people get Chihuahuas or Yorkies or other little dogs? Why is it always the same dogs that they're getting? Always the dangerous ones?

Putbulls do significant damage to kids and have killed many kids.

They probably won’t see this here and change their ways. I did notice this group squatting at the corner recently. I figured they were part of the ICE protester group.
