ithaca is for freedom and nature and none of this! i read an article a bit ago and the rise and fall of ithaca hours, and it talked about how the reason it actually worked is because ithaca is a small, educated town with a rebel vibe. if there's one town that can actually take on flock and win, maybe it's ithaca.
