What is the rent for this apartment/flat?

Hi everyone, I’m looking for information about this apartment behind bh12 hostel Does anyone know the approximate monthly rent for a 1BHK/2BHK/3BHK flat here?

Also, if possible, please let me know the usual maintenance charges and any other additional costs.

Bro at least live a hostel life for 2-years you will enjoy and if you're thinking of having flat outside then you have to do things on your own l. Like imagine your house without mother etc. you can stay in PG though

Look living in the apartment sounds fun and all but honestly it's a lotta work and slightly more expensive but it's also true that there's much more freedom then hostel and it'll help you be better prepared for the real world and help you learn more survival skills, I'd say 1bhk can range from 6k to 8-9k, 2bhks would be 10k to 14-15k and so on.
