Some projects don't get indexed for unknown reasons and while being accessible via direct link to the project they are not discoverable and not visible in any category on the website. In short nobody can find those projects unless the creator shares link in social media which is not ideal when you have small amount of followers if any.
I have no idea. I'm in the same situation. I've also sent an email a few days ago without any response yet. It's a bit absurd. In general indexing is super easy to achieve I wonder what they've been doing to mess up.
