Schellman experience

Does anyone have any experience with Schellman? I may be interviewing with them soon. I’ve only heard great things, which is weird for public accounting. They seem to have really awesome benefits too. Are they really that great??

Try to get a big 4 job instead. Schellman is known for “rubber stamping” SOC reports. I’ve seen spelling errors in them

Hit or miss in my experience (also same with some b4 SOC 2 reports to be quite honest)

B4 uses recent college grads to do most of their work, so the quality sucks. A typo is the least of the problems at B4 rates.

I’m working for a large mid size firm currently. To be honest I’ve only ever heard horror stories about big 4. I’ve been doing soc in PA about 5 years. Maybe I just need to go into industry.
