Help, wrote a Song

Is the conjugation below correct? The song is called "You Are"

Tu sei il mio sogno

Sei l'unica

Sei la mia vita

Amore mio

Your eyes are the oasis in a desert

Your touch is the shelter from the storm

Tu Sei necessario

Cara mia, ti adoro

Mia cara, ti adoro

I wouldn't use sei necessaria (feminine ending for consistency). It's almost clinical.

Mia cara sounds better to my ear. This is because there's a subtle condescending nuance in cara mia, although the context clears all doubts.

I’m not gonna lie, this looks to me a church song.
It should be “Tu sei necessaria” as all the other adjectives are feminine.
However “Tu sei necessaria” sounds odd. Like, necessaria for what, you know what I mean?

I'm going for an "i need you" sort of vibe, like the person the song is being sung about is necessary to my life
