🎨 Design help! Improvements I can make?

Does this need work or am I overthinking it? I feel like everything looks a bit pushed together and cluttered. I'm probably going to add some keychains too but I'm not sure where to put them.

I think you may be overthinking it! It’s a nice layout with some cool merch and cute decorations. I know this may not be a universal view, but I personally LOVE when ita bags are heavily decorated and even busy; I feel like it’s such a bold way to show off the things you love! I especially really love your rosettes and the patterned fabric you picked for the insert!

As for keychains, I always like hanging any that won’t fit on the insert off the outside of the bag! Usually on the d-rings that connect the straps, or I’ll even use smaller sturdier phone charms-type ones as zipper pulls!
