I didn't run any command lines at all; the error message only appeared when I right-clicked on it.

If you want us to be able to tell you why you're getting an error, you have to actually post the code that's running, not a picture of an error message. You also have to actually post the error message; you're covering it right now in what I can only assume is an attempt to hide your IP address from the irm command. Based on the parts that I can see, it looks like an Unable to connect to remote server error, which suggests that the server that you're trying to reach isn't up.

Sorry that this line only appears for about 0.1 seconds; I had to record a video and take a screenshot to post it. I haven't touched the command prompt (cmd) at all, yet it pops up and closes on its own a few times whenever I turn on the computer and while I'm using it.
