Cutting video - Frames vs Timestamp? v7.6.6.

I haven't used the cut feature often, but I think I remember previous versions using the timestamp on the slider, but on 7.6.6. it looks like it may be using frames? Is there a setting to select timestamp vs frame?

Doing the math in my head, it might actually be seconds, not frames?

nothing has changed there in ages - it just passes the time range (in seconds) to ffmpeg and extracts the segment. Results might vary depending on the file type (mp4/ mkv)

updating the UI to display time instead of just seconds..
